Who can enter the promotion?The promotion is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, suppliers, and their immediate families associated with the Promoter are not eligible to participate.
When does the promotion close?The promotion closes at 11:59 PM on January 5, 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
How can someone enter the promotion?Participants can enter by scanning the QR code available in-store or by registering their details through the link provided at [https://www.superliquor.co.nz/xmas-cheers](https://www.superliquor.co.nz/xmas-cheers). By completing the registration, participants agree to receive promotional material from the Promoter. Only one entry per person is allowed for the entire promotional period.
What are the prizes and how many winners will there be?There are 200 prizes in total, distributed over four weeks with 50 prizes awarded each week:
- Week 1: 50 Holiday Hampers, each valued at $100.
- Week 2: 50 Gourmet Direct Vouchers, each valued at $100.
- Week 3: 50 Prezzy Cards, each valued at $100.
- Week 4: 50 Chilly Bins, each valued at $100.
The total prize pool value is $20,000 NZD.
How will the winners be selected and notified?A weekly draw will determine the winners, with the first valid entries drawn each week winning the prizes for that period. Winners will be notified via email and/or text message. Additionally, winners may be announced on the Super Liquor Facebook page or through a Super Liquor EDM (Electronic Direct Mail).
When must prizes be redeemed?All prizes must be redeemed by 11:59 PM on January 31, 2025.
Are the prizes transferable or redeemable for cash?No, prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, it may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
What other conditions apply?- The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants' age, identity, and residency.
- Any false information, tampering, or unfair advantage will result in disqualification.
- Entries that are late, lost, or tampered with will be deemed void.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the promotion or the use of a prize.
