Players are securely harnessed inside the balls, and can run and bump into each other while trying to play games like soccer and bull rush.
Pretty much anyone can play bumper ball. The recommended minimum age is 7, but as long as they can stand up and run in the balls they're good to go! And there's no maximum age - the straps in the balls are easily adjustable depending on the size of the player.
